Facilitation and accompaniment

In our groups, we may require external facilitation or accompaniment in whatever processes we are experiencing.
Accompanying a group involves dialoguing with the process it is going through, accompanying the group, giving it direction and understanding it, by looking after the people and relationships involved and supporting the group in moving towards its purposes and objectives.
We offer accompaniment in a variety of environments and using a wide diversity of methodologies; since, depending on the moment the group finds itself in and its internal composition, it may need more attention to some aspects or others (including generating cohesion as a group, generating a vision and a mission, establishing agreements, managing conflicts or opening spaces for emotional management, taking far-reaching decisions, or dreaming the future and trying to give it shape).

What areas can we accompany you in?

Group cohesion, forming a team, celebrating what we've been through together.

At the beginning of the life of a project or group, as well as with some regularity during its lifetime, it is fundamental to dedicate some time to getting to know each other better, to weaving the network which unites us as a group, to tuning in with each other and generating the feeling of being a group.
Also, to generating spaces where we can relate beyond our formal roles and appreciate, highlight and celebrate what we have achieved.
This will strengthen our feeling of being a group and our capacity to do things together.

Generating the group membrane, structure and governance

At some point in the life of our groups, they start to enter a period in which the interpersonal relationships that may have been key to the emergence of the idea for the project cannot sustain it.
We need to clarify what the high dream that unites us is (our common vision), how we're going to ground this in our project and context (common vision), how we want to coexist in and share this project (basic agreements) and how to form part of or leave that group (membership agreements).
This also involves clarifying roles within the organisation or project, and bringing clarity to both our operational and governance structures (basically, beginning to answer the question: who decides what, and how?).

Complex decision-making

Although in our groups we take operational and some organisational decisions on a daily basis, occasionally there are more complex decision-making processes (strategic decisions, decisions which have a strong effect on the group or touch its limits, or organisational decisions around how to form teams).
This type of decision may require external accompaniment so that everyone can use their voice and be part of the decision-making process.

Spaces for Emotional management

We accompany groups in the sharing of spaces for emotional management in which to better understand the diversity that is present and become more aware of it.
These emotional management spaces allow us to share where we are as people within a project and support us as preparatory work for generating proposals and/or making decisions that will be as inclusive and sustainable as possible.
This type of space encourages our collective wisdom to manifest - which will support us in being able to follow the path that emerges together.

Transformation and facilitation of conflicts

Given the complex dynamics of conflicts, sometimes in our groups we find ourselves facing already open conflicts that emerge before us.
Accompanying these conflicts, supporting the group to experience them as a learning opportunity, holding safe spaces in which to process them and move through the uncertainty and the necessary changes that a conflict demands - we can support you in this work.
In particular instances, where there is a very localized conflict between two people or parties (and this is not an echo of the group field), we can also offer interpersonal mediation tools.

Collective inquiry and creativity

Groups also make time to inquire, to dream, to imagine and be creative, to appreciate and highlight our resources and talents.
In this way, we can enrich the project and generate the future we want to experience as a group.
Being accompanied in quality spaces can change the future development of the project and enormously widen its possibilities.
